Microsoft Dynamics 365

Read and create companies, customers, items and sales orders in Dynamics 365 Business Central. Business Central is Microsoft's ERP product. This connector does not cover Dynamics 365 Sales or CRM: there are no accounts, contacts, leads or opportunities.

Nodes Dynamics 365 (actions), Dynamics 365 Trigger (polling)
Auth OAuth 2.0 against Microsoft Entra ID
Availability Limited release. Not yet in the palette for customer workspaces.

Known issue: the Dynamics 365 action node does not run. A workflow that uses it fails with Node type "MicrosoftDynamics365BusinessCentralApiConnector" not found in registry. The trigger node is unaffected. Until this is fixed, call the Business Central API with the HTTP Request node.

Connecting

The connector is built for OAuth against Microsoft Entra ID, with the scope https://api.businesscentral.dynamics.com/.default, using your own Entra app registration. The sign-in addresses contain a tenant placeholder that Flero does not fill in, so the OAuth sign-in may not complete.

As an alternative, an API Key credential holding a Business Central access token is sent as the bearer token. Flero does not refresh such a token.

The credential also needs your Business Central tenant and environment (for example production). They form the address https://<tenant>.api.businesscentral.dynamics.com/v2.0/<environment>/api/v2.0.

There is no Flero-managed sign-in for Dynamics 365.

Operations

Customer List customers, Create customer, Get customer, Update customer
Item List items, Create item
Sales order List sales orders, Create sales order

Triggers

The Dynamics 365 Trigger polls the list operations, every 5 minutes by default.
